The way you presented the property—from the updated front yard landscaping, beautifully cleaned interior and stunning photos—you truly showcased it in the best possible light. Your pricing strategy was spot on. Selling quickly was a top priority for us, and you delivered exactly that. We also really appreciated how smoothly you coordinated with our daughter, being we are out of state, handling other important details making everything seamless and stress free. As always, your creative and professional online marketing and media presence made a huge difference. You consistently go above and beyond, and this sale was no exception. Thank you for your dedication, expertise, and care in helping us successfully sell this property.” ~JTRead more

As an emerging realtor, Melyna exceeded all my expectations with her professionalism, dedication, and expertise. From our very first meeting, Melyna made it clear that she was committed to finding the type of property we were looking for and negotiating the best deal, in the current market, on our behalf. Her approach to real estate is both thorough and personalized. She was always available to show properties and answer questions (and if she didn’t know the answer, she made sure to get it quickly.) She addressed any concerns, and provided updates, making the entire buying process seamless and stress-free. Her negotiation skills were impressive, and we ended up closing on the property at a great price given the competition. What stood out the most was Melyna’s genuine passion for her work and her commitment to her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and her support didn't end with the purchase, she continued to offer assistance and advice even after the closing. I highly recommend Melyna to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Her dedication, knowledge, and exceptional service make her a standout real estate advisor and we intend on using her in the future for our buying or selling needs. Thank you, Melyna, for everything!Read more

Our beautiful home on the water came with its own set of challenges, but Melyna handled everything with such grace, creativity, and determination. From day one, she rolled up her sleeves and got to work—creating thoughtful, eye-catching marketing campaigns that really brought the property to life. Her open houses every weekend were always buzzing with energy and interest, and she made sure every showing highlighted what made the home so special. What truly stood out was her dedication and problem-solving mindset. No matter what came up, she found a way to keep things moving forward and never lost sight of our goal. That level of commitment and care is what really sets her apart. Melyna's negotiating and contracting skills along with post-sale follow-through were exceptional. We truly appreciated everything she did for us, and while our transaction was business at its core, we consider Melyna to be a dear friend. We intend to use her again for our next transaction. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I can't thank Melyna enough for her help, diligence, care, and concern with a difficult situation during the course of a lease I encountered. She is the best. I would recommend her for her advice and knowledge of the real estate market and her mild but persistent manner in getting things done.
